How do I get my product after buying?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider. You'll get a download link on screen and by email straight after payment. Keep that email, because it's also how you re-download updates.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every product is a one-time payment. Updates within the same major version (for example 1.x) are free.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and is handled by the payment provider.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Can I use it with my team?
Personal licences are for one person on all of their own devices. The Research Pack has a Team licence for up to 10 people in one organisation; email us to arrange it. Ask us about team pricing for other tools.
Do you sell bundles?
Yes. The Trader Toolkit will include the Journal, Research Pack, n8n pack and Pine kit for $119 and is coming soon, once the Pine kit has passed its TradingView compile check.
About the tools
Will your tools tell me what to trade?
No. They help you check facts, size positions, keep records and automate alerts. They never give buy, sell or hold calls, and nothing we sell is financial advice.
Do you show results or testimonials?
No. We don't publish profit claims, backtest results or testimonials we can't verify. What a tool does is described on its page, and each one comes with a test report.
Do I need to code?
No. Each product comes with step-by-step instructions. Some tools, like the n8n pack and the Pine kit, are easier if you're comfortable following technical setup guides.
Where does the data come from?
The Research Pack uses the SEC's free public EDGAR data. The Journal uses export files you download from your own exchange. Each tool's page says what it relies on.
Does the Journal do my crypto taxes?
It keeps the records tax authorities in Australia, the US, the UK and Canada ask for, valued in your local currency, and summarises each tax year, with links to the official guidance it follows. It isn’t tax advice and doesn’t file anything. Perpetual futures and funding are flagged for review because the authorities haven’t settled how they’re treated. Please use a registered tax agent for your return.
Can I try the importer before buying?
Yes. The journal importer is free and runs in your browser. It works offline and your files never leave your device.
Do you need my exchange API keys?
No product needs keys with trading or withdrawal permission. Only the n8n pack's optional fills workflow uses a key, and it should be read-only. It stays in your own n8n install, and we never see it.
Do the tools work on Windows, Mac and Linux?
The Journal is tested in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. The Research Pack needs Python 3.9 or newer on any system. Each product page lists its requirements.

What data do you collect?
Very little: your email if you contact us, and the order details our payment provider passes on. No ads, tracking pixels or cookies on this site. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't identify you, and the free journal importer page has no analytics at all. See the privacy policy.
